成果简介NOVELTY - Production of component from metal powder involves selective laser melting of a metal powder under the influence of a pulsed magnetic field, and carrying out the cyclic effect of a pulsed magnetic field on the melting zone of the metal powder using at least one inductor located around the laser head and connected to a magnetic-pulse installation, while ensuring a pulse duty cycle sufficient to form a specified level of residual stresses by implementing laser melting at the parameters of the laser installation of operating voltage of 295-370 V, pulse duration of 4.8-7.5 ms, frequency of 7-8 Hz and pulse discharge frequency of 1 second, and magnetic-pulse loading at the parameters of the magnetic-pulse installation of charging voltage of 1.6-6 kV, stored energy of 50-740 J, and pulse current values of 22-82.5 kA.
