| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Developing antimicrobial properties of cotton fabric treated with copper sulfate by Taguchi method, involves adding the chopped hibiscus leaves to the 100 ml distilled water in a clean container, boiling the leaves until the water reduces, and filtering the mixture to remove solid plant material to obtain crude extract, then using Shaker revolution per minute (rpm) and incubation temperature and three levels to identify the process parameter of antimicrobial properties of cotton fabric by using Taguchi L9 orthogonal array experiment design. USE - Method for developing antimicrobial properties of cotton fabric treated with copper sulfate by Taguchi method used for hospital clothing, sportswear and day to day activities clothing. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to reduce the environmental impact of coated chemicals by using green synthesis, gives an accurate result because of its orthogonal array'of statistical tool. The antimicrobial properties of fabric treated with copper sulfate by green synthesis gives better values and Green Synthesis process of extract of hibiscus leaves. |
