成果简介NOVELTY - Palm juice composition comprises 10 ml palm juice, variety of spices comprising 85 mg cloves, 60 mg cinnamon and 75 mg rinds of lemon. USE - Used as palm juice composition. ADVANTAGE - The palm juice composition is highly nutritious as it contains vitamins, minerals, calcium, protein, and sugar. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing a palm juice composition, comprising dividing the palm juice as a (a) control sample, (b) pasteurizing and subsequently centrifuging the palm juice sample (c) pasteurizing followed by centrifuging and subsequently filtering the palm juice sample and (d) pasteurizing the sample followed by centrifuging and subsequently filtering the palm juice sample, where the sample is reinforced with spices, the pasteurization is conducted, and each sample is maintained at pH 4, pasteurizing occurs at 72℃ followed by instant cooling and the samples are centrifuged at 10000 rotation per minute for 5 minutes.
