成果简介	NOVELTY - Device (100) a first cap (110) and a second cap (120) coupled to the first cap by a hinge mechanism (130-1, 130-2) such that the hinge mechanism allows the first cap to close over the second cap; and a locking mechanism (114a, 114b, 122a, 122b) configured to lock the second cap with the first cap, where when the first cap is closed over the second cap, the first cap and the second cap together define a first portion configured to engage with a connector of the ignition coil, and a second portion configured to accommodate the cable coupled to the connector. USE - Device for protecting a cable coupled to an ignition coil in a vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The first cap and the second cap together enclose at least a portion of the connector and the tube to prevent accumulation of dirt, dust and moisture, and support the cable against vibrations to prevent damage to the cable held within the tube. The device protects the ignition coil and the connected cable at the point of their coupling from vibrations and accumulation of dust, dirt, moisture and oil at the coupling point, and can be retro-fitted without any modifications to the existing parts.
