| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Stable topical composition comprises a therapeutically effective amount of tofacitinib, at least one or more penetration enhancer, at least one solvent, at least one viscosity modifier. USE - Stable topical composition. ADVANTAGE - The stable topical composition is stable for at least 6 months when stored at 30℃ temperature and 75% relative humidity, has a shelf life of at least 24 months and overcomes the limitations of the currently marketed formulations. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing stable topical composition, comprising: (a) dissolving tofacitinib citrate in dimethyl sulfoxide to prepare active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) solution; (b) adding hydroxypropyl cellulose to the mixture of Isopropyl alcohol, purified water, butylated hydroxyanisole, and propylene glycol to prepare the lotion base; (c) adding the API solution of step (a) to the lotion base of step (b); (d) stirring the solution till the homogeneous lotion is obtained. |
