成果简介NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to gynaecology. Intravenous introduction of photosensitizer is performed, blood photomodification and fluorescent diagnostics are followed by photodynamic therapy of uterine cervix and cervical canal. Photosensitizer Photoran or Photolon is administered intravenously in dose of 1.2 mg/kg of the patient’s body weight. 30 minutes later, blood is photomodified on a Lakhta-Milon equipment with wavelength of 662 nm, an output power of 100 mW and an exposure time of 30 minutes using the main light guide Polironik and replaceable sterile tips for intravenous irradiation. 3 hours after the introduction of the photosensitizer under the control of fluorescent diagnostics using a light-emitting diode illuminator with wavelength of 400±15 nm is followed by irradiation of the cervical canal with diffusion-type flexible light guides with length of dissipating part of 4 cm, power of 500–700 mW for 14–21 minutes and an external portion of the cervix with light guides for external irradiation with power of 600–1,200 mW for 6–20 minutes with an energy density of 250–400 J/cm2. Then fluorescent diagnostics is carried out using a light-emitting diode illuminator with wavelength of 400±15 nm to assess the effectiveness of the treatment. USE - Medicine.
