| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Hydrogen generation pyrolysis system (100) comprises a feeding screw conveyor (105), a reactor (110), an electric furnace (111), a variable frequency drive (112), an auger (113), a gas pipe (114), a cyclone (115), a first jacketed biochar conveyor (120), a scrubber (125), a condenser/heat exchanger, a phase separator, a bio-oil storage tank, a low pressure tank, a ring blower, a high-pressure tank, a strainer, a second jacketed biochar conveyor, a cooling tower, and a system for isolating pure hydrogen gas is connected with the high-pressure tank. The feeding screw conveyor feeding the agro waste feedstock to the reactor; the variable frequency drive controlling the feed rate of the feedstock to the reactor; the electric furnace heating the reactor; and the auger agitating the feed in the reactor. USE - Hydrogen generation pyrolysis system, and more particularly, a continuous hydrogen generation pyrolysis system from multi feed agro-waste. ADVANTAGE - The biochar is used as soil conditioner, hence helpful for farmers. The generated green hydrogen is able to generate considerable revenue, and as hydrogen is produced at an economic price, it encourages the use of hydrogen as an alternative fuel.
