成果简介	NOVELTY - Solid self-nanoemulsifying drug delivery system (SNEDDS) formulation comprises: 50 mg fluvoxamine maleate, 60-70 mg/ml oleic acid, 30-40 mg/ml surfactant selected from Tween20 (RTM: Polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate), Tween80 (RTM: Polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monooleate) and labrasol, 50-60 mg/ml co-surfactant selected from Transcutol(RTM: Highly purified form of diethylene glycol monoethyl ether), polyethylene glycol (PEG) 400 and Transcutol(RTM: Highly purified form of diethylene glycol monoethyl ether), and a mixture of Avicel(RTM: Microcrystalline cellulose) and talc in a ratio of 1:1. USE - Solid SNEDDS formulation used for treating depression. No biological data given. ADVANTAGE - The formulation enables to enhance the chemical stability of the drug; reduce the risk of degradation over time; enhance bioavailability and efficacy, with low cost.
