成果简介NOVELTY - The exterior wall painting robot has a direct current (DC) motors for implementing vertical and horizontal height adjustment. The wall identification is implemented to find the painting area. An ultrasonic sensor implements obstacle detection. The machine learning (ML) algorithms implement consistent painting. The painting area is identified by utilizing the wall identification and the obstacle detection, and the painting is performed using the ML algorithms and the ultrasonic sensor, where the robot is powered by a battery. USE - Exterior wall painting robot for use in a construction industry. ADVANTAGE - The system ensures consistent paint application, lower labor costs, and accelerate project timeframes by automating the painting procedure. The system saves costs and improve quality control. The system improves the finished walls' overall quality.
