| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention can be used to predict the risk of genital prolapse in pre-clinical parous women. Obstetric-gynecological history is collected—presence or absence of abnormal uterine bleeding during life, endometrial polyp, three spontaneous abortions, birth of a large fetus; perineal height measurement in millimeters. Molecular genetic analysis of energy exchange gene polymorphism is performed PPARGC1A Gly482Ser, PPARD A/G rs2016520 and vitamin D receptor gene VDR Met1Thr. Results are evaluated in points, which are substituted into the formula for calculating the prognostic index PI. If PI≥0, a high risk of genital prolapse is predicted.
