USE - Antidiabetic poly-herbal composition debisol. No biological data given. ADVANTAGE - The antidiabetic poly-herbal composition debisol having active extracts of the formulation are in a 1:1:1:1 ratio and ensures effective combination, provides a method for preparing the anti-diabetic extract with fewer chemical reagents in order to avoid side effects, less tedious and less time-consuming manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for formulating an antidiabetic poly-herbal composition comprising: (a) collecting parts from various plants; (b) washing parts of step (a) with distilled water; (c) drying parts of step (b) under shade and crushing to make fine powder; (d) preparing extract from the fine powder of step (c) and mixing 10 g extract in a volumetric ratio to obtain resultant aqueous extract mixture; (e) adding 0.2 g sodium lauryl sulfate in the resultant aqueous extract mixture of step (b) to obtain an aqueous extract solution; (f) mixing aqueous extract solution of step (e) with a combination of 6 g magnesium aluminum silicate and 13 g sodium carboxy methyl cellulose to improve solubility of the aqueous extract solution; (g) mixing aqueous extract solution of step (f) with 0.8 g sodium saccharine to improve taste of aqueous extract solution; (h) mixing aqueous extract solution of step (g) with 2 g methyl and 0.2 g propyl urease extract solution and formulating a suspension dosage; (i) adding test solutions for analyzing the suspension dosage of the aqueous extract solution of step (h); and (j) mixing test solutions of step (i) with reagents. |
