成果简介NOVELTY - The method involves detecting spontaneous activation, non-responder and activation with an index higher than 1.1 set to the minimum set of allergens according to the basophil activation test. A conclusion about latent sensitization is made if the answers to the detector questions with the physiological norm are positive and honest with a result from 2 to 10 points. A burdened heredity for allergic diseases and the level of blood leukocytes is confirmed three times more according to the basophil activation test, where there is no spontaneous activation by a non-responder, activation with an index higher than 1.1 to the minimum set of allergens is detected.
