成果简介	NOVELTY - The three-product hydrocyclone has a cylindrical-conical structure (1) that is provided with a tangential feed branch pipe (2), a lower sand discharge branch pipe (3), a vertical drain branch pipe (4), and an additional cleaning chamber (5) with the upper and lower drain branches placed for draining intermediate products. The additional chamber is made in the form of three truncated cones inserted sequentially one after the other, where an upper portion of the additional chamber is closed by a lid in which a nut is secured into which a screw is screwed in the lower portion of which a cone is installed, which has the ability to close the vertical drain pipe when the screw rotates. A second cone is installed below the cone on the screw, which has the ability to close the sand pipe when the screw rotates. A valve is installed in a branch pipe (7) for draining clarified water, with the ability to change the flow area of branch pipe and, accordingly, regulate a flow of liquid through pipe. USE - Three-product hydrocyclone for cleaning water from sludge settling tanks of processing plants. ADVANTAGE - The three-product hydrocyclone allows the use of a hydrocyclone for cleaning liquids containing coarsely dispersed solid impurities. The sludge is removed from liquids ensures their clarification and subsequently allows reducing the abrasive wear of pumps when pumping liquids to the surface of mine workings, as well as using clarified water for reuse for the tasks of a mining enterprise.
