ADVANTAGE - The kit allows to predict the functionality of cell-mediated immune response in lumpy skin disease virus-sensitized cattle, and predict the immune protection in animals which do not develop antibodies following Lumpy Skin Disease (LSD) vaccination. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Kit comprises miR29a-forward primer and Universal anchor (reverse primer), where forward and reverse primer has nucleotide sequences comprising 20-21 nucleobases, that are 5'-agcaccatctgaaatcggtta-3' and 5'-ggccacgcgtcgactagtac-3'. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for detecting and quantifying the miR-29a in a sample, which involves: (1) amplifying of complementary DNA (cDNA) using microRNA (miRNA)-specific primers (2) quantifying miRNA. |
