| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Composition comprises plant-derived fluorescent self-doped carbon quantum dots (S, N-CQDs) synthesized from Asparagus officinalis,comprising 50-90 wt.% carbon (C), 5-20 wt.% nitrogen (N), and 1-10 wt.% sulfur (S). USE - Composition comprising plant-derived fluorescent self-doped carbon quantum dots used as a probe for detection of antiviral drugs and hemoglobin. ADVANTAGE - The composition provides eco-friendly, efficient, and highly sensitive method for synthesizing plant-derived fluorescent self-doped carbon quantum dots using Asparagus officinalis as the carbon source. The method not only eliminates the need for toxic chemicals and complex procedures but also offers a sustainable and cost-effective approach to synthesizing CQDs with excellent fluorescence properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for synthesizing plant-derived fluorescent self-doped carbon quantum dots (S, N-CQDs), comprises: (a) extracting plant biomass from Asparagus officinalis; (b) subjecting the biomass to a pyrolysis process at a temperature range of 200-800℃; (c) collecting the resultant S, N-CQDs exhibiting fluorescence properties, where a probe for detecting antiviral drugs and hemoglobin containing of the S, N-CQDs shows enhanced photostability and fluorescence under UV light. |
