成果简介	NOVELTY - The method involves providing fixed takeoff and landing sites equipped with surveillance cameras to assess their technical condition. The communication and relay system are provided for transmitting and receiving information from drones and located in the area of checkpoint to regional center, while using the automated complex of regional center. The air trunk non-intersecting corridors that connect the stationary sites with each other are created along which main drones fly from one site to other in caravan method in forward and reverse direction. The ability to retransmit signal is maintained to control center until end of caravan flight. The on-board unit is equipped with system for assessing technical condition of drone. The planned movement of drones are ensured to connect two adjacent corridors. The connecting platform is formed and all information on drones moves from one region to other is transmitted for control and management of drone by center of other region.
