| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to nanotechnology, particularly to production of nanodispersed powders containing silicon carbide. Method involves generating an arc discharge using a coaxial magnetoplasma accelerator with a graphite barrel and with a composite central electrode from a graphite tip and a brass shank, with an electrically fusible jumper from a pressed mixture of silicon- and carbon-containing powders with a capacitance of the capacitor bank of 6.0 mF and charging voltage of 3 kV, formation of electric-discharge plasma and its outflow into chamber, pre-evacuated and filled with argon, at normal atmospheric pressure and room temperature, collection of finished nanodispersed powder from chamber walls after its deposition. At the same time, for the manufacture of a pressed mixture of silicon- and carbon-containing powders, oat husks are used, which is crushed and subjected to thermal treatment by pyrolysis in a fixed-bed reactor to temperature of 600 °C, and sibunite. Pyrolysed oat husks are mixed in a stoichiometric ratio with sibunite in a ball mill and pressed for use as an electrically fusible jumper. USE - Nanotechnology.
