成果简介NOVELTY - Imidazothiadiazole derivative (I), are new. USE - Imidazothiadiazole derivative for inhibiting glucose reabsorption in the kidneys, for reducing blood glucose levels, for treating type 2 diabetes (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The imidazothiadiazole derivative exhibits increased selectivity for SGLT2 over other glucose transporters thus minimizes off-target effects and enhances therapeutic efficacy in diabetes treatment, improves pharmacokinetic properties including prolonged half- life and enhances stability in biological systems. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Imidazothiadiazole derivative of formula (I), are new. R1, R2=electron-donating and electron-withdrawing groups.
