| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The sickle has a motor (108) connected to a turbine (110) and adapted to propel the turbine. A controller (114) is electrically connected to a switch (106) and the motor, and configured to receive a triggering signal from the switch upon being triggered by a user, enable electric current to flow from a battery to a motor at a flow rate determined by the received triggering signal, actuate the motor at a speed proportionate to the flow rate of the electric current and activate a chain blade (102) based on speed of the motor to execute cutting action. USE - Battery-operated electronic sickle for reaping crops e.g. wheat and rice over centuries. ADVANTAGE - The sickle is portable and cordless, and reduces human effort, and is time efficient. The controller enables the electric current to flow from the battery to the motor at a flow rate determined by the received triggering signal, and enables the motor to actuate the chain blade at a speed proportionate to the flow rate of electric current, and thus improving ergonomics of harvesting by enabling upright operation, and reducing physical strain and improving efficiency during harvesting.
