成果简介	NOVELTY - Biodegradable planting pot comprises a molded structure, where the molded structure is formed by subjecting bagasse pulps (108) to a molding, followed by a dewatering and drying process at 70-90℃ and a pressure range of 3-5 pounds per square inch (psi), and an edge comprising a precise cut achieved using a cutting tool, where the cutting tool removes excess material from the molded structure. USE - Biodegradable planting pot. ADVANTAGE - The biodegradable planting pot offers environmentally friendly solution for planting purposes and reduces an environmental impact. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing biodegradable planting pot, which involves: a. preparing bagasse pulps using a mixer; b. shaping the prepared pulps to form an outer structure of the biodegradable planting pot using a mold; c. subjecting the shaped pulps to a dewatering and drying process at 70-90℃ and a pressure range of 3-5 pounds per square inch (psi) to form the biodegradable planting pot; d. steam-drying the formed biodegradable planting pot using a dryer to remove moisture and prevent degradation; and e. cutting excess material at an edge of the dried biodegradable planting pot using a cutting tool, and packaging the biodegradable planting pot for distribution.
