成果简介NOVELTY - A novel Schiff base comprising N-((5-bromothiophen-2-yl) methylene) pyrene-2-amine (I), is new. USE - Schiff base (I) is useful as novel pyrene-based aggregation induced enhanced emission active Schiff base fluorophore for a selective turn-on sensor for tin (Sn2+) ions for lung adenocarcinoma cells (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The novel Schiff base is capable of exhibiting excellent aggregation-induced enhanced emission in a specific mixture of tetrahydrofuran and water, thus exhibit higher photo-stability along with superior signal reliability. The Schiff base exhibits enhanced fluorescence on aggregation as well as shows better impedance to the photo-bleaching and higher photostability, along with superior signal reliability, and decreases the toxic effects on living organisms during the time of metal detection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A novel Schiff base comprising N-((5-bromothiophen-2-yl) methylene) pyrene-2-amine of formula (I), is new.
