成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to textile industry, namely to device for bast-fibre material carding. Device for carding bast-fibre material comprises a clamp of the end of a portion of material, made with possibility of movement, and a closed conveyor with combs having different frequency of needles for carding. Said clamp is secured at hollow drum to rotate while drum surface has a slot to accommodate free end of material portion. Axis of the drum is located horizontally and perpendicular to the direction of movement of the conveyor. Axis is connected to the drive and is configured to change its position by vertical adjustment. Closed conveyor with ridges installed on it with a pitch is located in the zone under the drum and has the possibility of movement, which occurs cyclically with stops, the duration between which is determined by the time required for carding along the whole length of the processed section of the material portion. Conveyor stops at time when the distance from the tips of the needles of the comb approaching and located near the drum, to the trajectory of movement of the most distant from the centre of rotation of the edge of the clamp is minimum. At that, in the zone of approach of ridges to the drum there is a shield with width equal to not less than length of ridges, and length not less than value of pitch of installation of ridges on conveyor. Shield is installed above the needles of the ridges. USE - Textile. ADVANTAGE - Disclosed device for carding bast-fibre material does not require significant costs for implementation and provides quality of carding due to better carding of the middle part of a handful of material and more complete removal of non-fibre impurities. 1 cl, 2 dwg
