| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Advanced solvent composition comprises potassium hydroxide (KOH) (0.5%), copper oxide (0.1%), zinc oxide (0.5%), molybdenum (0.1%), bismuth nitrate (1%), carbon powder, primary and secondary amines for capturing and decomposition of carbon dioxide (CO2). USE - Advanced solvent composition used for decomposing greenhouse gases in elementary form and releasing oxygen. ADVANTAGE - The advanced solvent composition absorbs carbon dioxide in a molecular form and does not form carbonate, bi-carbonate, and meta-carbonate, and reduces the energy required to decompose carbon dioxide as it decomposes it at only 80-90℃. The advanced solvent composition provides capturing and decomposition of carbon dioxide with very high efficiency into pure solid carbon powder and oxygen gas, and separates carbon dioxide, sulfur oxides, and nitrogen oxides from other gases, thus making the absorption and separation of gases easy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing advanced solvent composition, which involves adding a metal having catalytic properties to potassium oxide (KOH) in 1:56 ratio and stirring properly, mixing diethyl amine with it in ratio 1:10 under stirring properly, ultra-sonicating the composition to obtain a powder, mixing activated carbon with methyl amine in ratio 1:2, adding the mixture with the ultra-sonicated composition, adding zeolite in the above solution in ratio 1:500 under ultra-sonicating, heating this solution by micro assist up to 400?oC for 5-6 minutes, adding the suspension formed in the water to 2 mole potassium oxide (KOH) solution drop by drop, and obtaining a solution which is ready to use metal alkaline carbo amine Zeolytic solvent. |
