| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The system (100) has three coolant flow paths (102,106,110) for extracting heat from a battery pack (104), a powertrain (108) and a sensor arrangement (114) to determine thermal parameter associated with the battery pack and the powertrain. A control unit (116) receives the thermal parameter from the sensor arrangement, where the control unit determines a vehicle parameter. The control unit controls flow of a coolant between the three flow paths. The flow paths comprise battery pack coolant lines and cooling channels of the pack and powertrain, respectively. A heat exchanger transfers the heat extracted from the packs and the train to an ambient environment. USE - System for actively cooling a battery pack and a powertrain of an electric vehicle i.e. two-wheeler. Uses include but or not limited to electric three-wheeler, electric four-wheeler, electric pickup trucks and electric trucks. ADVANTAGE - The system facilitates thermal management of the battery pack during charging which targets specific high-heat areas, and improves thermal management efficiency. The system optimizes energy usage and ensures that the cooling resources are utilized only where the cooling is required, and helps to prevent performance degradation, thus ensuring that both battery pack and powertrain operate within their ideal thermal ranges.
