成果简介	NOVELTY - Preparing polyhalocarboxylic acid chloride (I), comprises (a) oxidizing preheated polyhaloalkanes (II) with oxygen and a radical initiator to form a gaseous mixture; and (b) irradiating the gaseous mixture in fluorinated ethylene propylene/perfluoralkoxy coil using radiating source to obtain polyhalocarboxylic acid chloride, having more than 99% selectivity. USE - Method for preparing polyhalocarboxylic acid chloride for applying in preparation of agrochemicals and pharmaceutical intermediates. ADVANTAGE - The method prevents the use of highly expensive equipment, and thus reduces overall cost of process, and uses reactor, which helps in improving reaction strength and also helps to avoid the corrosion of reactor, provides efficient recycling and recovery of key reagents, and is efficient and eco-friendly process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing polyhalocarboxylic acid chloride of formula (I), comprises (a) oxidizing preheated polyhaloalkanes of formula (II) with oxygen and a radical initiator to form a gaseous mixture; and (b) irradiating the gaseous mixture in fluorinated ethylene propylene/perfluoralkoxy coil using radiating source to obtain polyhalocarboxylic acid chloride, having more than 99% selectivity. R1=fluorinated and/or chlorinated 1-3C alkyl.
