成果简介NOVELTY - Polymer comprises amino-deoxy-D-glucan in 0.1-70 wt.%, and acryl amide or copolymer. USE - Polymer used for condensation management in automotive industry, preferably in lighting systems. ADVANTAGE - The polymer has an excellent ability to absorb water quickly and in large amounts, making it highly effective in managing internal condensation. The crosslinked design enhances structural stability and ensures durability of the polymer under automotive conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. a composition, which comprises polymer as and at least one excipient; 2. a method for synthesizing the polymer, which involves dissolving the amino-deoxy-D-glucan into distilled water to prepare a solution A, grafting solution A and acrylamide or copolymer to obtain solution B, adding potassium per sulphate to solution B obtained to form solution C, irradiating solution C obtained from step c) under microwave radiation to obtain the polymer; 3. a composite, which comprises the polymer and desiccant which is selected from calcium chloride, lithium bromide, sodium sulphate, and silica gel, where the ratio of polymer to desiccant is from 0.3 to 3; and 4. a method for synthesizing the composite, which involves dissolving the polymer in the Dimethyl formamide (DMF) to prepare a solution D, heating the solution D obtained with the desiccant to make super hydrophilic crosslinked polymer composite slurry, where the desiccant is selected from calcium chloride, lithium bromide, sodium sulphate, and silica gel, filtering the slurry obtained by fluidized bed reactor to obtain a super hydrophilic polymer composite filtrate, and drying the super hydrophilic polymer composite filtrate obtained to obtain the composite.
