成果简介NOVELTY - The process for the preparation of 1-methyl-4-(piperidin-4-yl)piperazine (V) involves: reductive amination of piperidin-4-one compound (II) with 1-methylpiperizine (III) to give 1-methyl-4-(piperidin-4-yl)piperazine compound (IV) and then hydrolyzing the compound (IV). USE - Process for the preparation of 1-methyl-4-(piperidin-4-yl)piperazine (V) which is useful as intermediates in the preparation of Brigatinib. ADVANTAGE - The process exhibits very least experimental error, technique error and instrument error. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The process for the preparation of 1-methyl-4-(piperidin-4-yl)piperazine of formula (V) involves: reductive amination of piperidin-4-one compound of formula (II) with 1-methylpiperizine of formula (III) to give 1-methyl-4-(piperidin-4-yl)piperazine compound of formula (IV) and then hydrolyzing the compound (IV). (R = 1-3C-alkyl). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the 1-methyl-4-(piperidin-4-yl)piperazine compound (IV).
