成果简介	NOVELTY - Recombinant polypeptide comprising a paraoxonase polypeptide, non-paraoxonase polypeptide, and a linker of 10-15 amino acids in length between the paraoxonase polypeptide and the non-paraoxonase polypeptide is new, where the non-paraoxonase polypeptide consists of human serum albumin or an analog or its fragment, human transferrin or an analog or its fragment, human apolipoprotein E or an analog or its fragment, and immunoglobulin G or an analog or its fragment, and the recombinant polypeptide is an organophosphate neutralizing polypeptide. USE - Recombinant polypeptide for treating organophosphate poisoning using a pharmaceutical composition (all claimed). No biological data given. ADVANTAGE - The recombinant polypeptide ensures a method, that produces the organophosphate neutralizing polypeptides (ONPs) in highly pure and active form in high yield, and has high activity towards organophosphates, exhibits enhanced paraoxon-hydrolyzing activity, compared to wild-type human paraoxonase 1 enzyme. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. a recombinant gene encoding the recombinant polypeptide, where the polynucleotide sequence of the recombinant gene comprising one of 27 sequences of 1278-2145 base pairs (SEQ ID NOs: 1-28), given in the specification; 2. an expression vector for expression of the recombinant polypeptide, where the expression vector includes the recombinant gene; 3. a method for producing the recombinant polypeptide; 4. a pharmaceutical composition for treating organophosphate poisoning comprising the recombinant polypeptide, and a carrier; and 5. a method for treating organophosphate poisoning in a subject, comprising administering to a subject a recombinant polypeptide having one of 27 sequences of 426-715 amino acids (SEQ ID NOs: 29-56), given in the specification.
