| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to metal-porous cathodes (MPC) of microwave electronic devices. Method of making a metal-porous cathode involves forming a housing from a refractory metal and forming a tungsten sponge. Tungsten sponge is made by pressing from annealed tungsten powder with addition of powder of polyhedral nanoparticles of fulleroid type of toroidal shape, with subsequent sintering of workpieces in hydrogen medium and impregnation with active substance. Finished sponge is fixed in housing, machined and subjected in turn to process of vacuum annealing, deep ion etching, and ion-plasma coating of platinum group metals is applied. To prepare a mixture for a refractory matrix, an initial unannealed tungsten powder is taken, to which powder of polyhedral nanoparticles of fulleroid type of toroidal shape is added, then the mixture of two powders is mixed in a mill in a drum with jasper balls for 3 hours, after which the mixed powder mixture is annealed in hydrogen medium.
