| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The system has a light source (107) positioned to illuminate an internal surface during inspection. An image processing unit unwraps and stitches the captured images into a comprehensive 360-degree view. A defect detection unit employs computer vision models to identify, annotate, and measure defects. A camera module (106) is integrated with a zero-degree borescope (104) for capturing video or sequential images of the internal surface. A computing module (108) is connected to the camera module, where the computing module comprises an image processing unit configured to unwarp and stitch the captured images into a comprehensive 360 degree view. A defect detection unit employs computer vision models to identify, annotate, and measure defects, and to mark locations within the stitched image. A database is configured to store captured images, annotated data, and trained computer vision models for real-time and future use. USE - System for inspecting internal surfaces of components i.e. pipes, using zero-degree borescopes in a manufacturing industry. ADVANTAGE - The system captures continuous video by linearly moving the zero-degree borescope only once with a constant velocity throughout length of an internal surface and extracting complete 360-degree images of the internal surface without rotating the borescope or the component. The system allows annotating defects by type to enable accurate measurement of size and location of the defects.
