成果简介NOVELTY - The system has a data acquisition module (101) for obtaining ECG imaging data from medical sources and databases. A memory (105) stores and manages the imaging data. A processor (103) executes instructions, where the processor performs computation and builds a neural network model. The processor processes the ECG data to resize, normalize and reduce noise to enhance image quality, where the processed data is organized into classes of abnormality as fusion of ventricular and normal beat, missing beat, normal, premature ventricular contraction, unclassifiable and supraventricular premature beat, and the classes of ECG are fed to a convolutional neural network (CNN) model in the processor. A communication interface (105) is connected with heart abnormality prediction systems. USE - System for predicting heart abnormalities and myocardial infarction using machine learning. Uses include but are not limited to irregular heart rhythms (arrhythmias), structural defects in heart chambers or valves, reduced pumping efficiency (heart failure), or compromised blood supply (coronary artery disease). ADVANTAGE - The system improves classification accuracy for predicting abnormalities in heart by the machine learning model, and improves heart disease diagnosis and patient care. The system revolutionizes medical imaging, and plays a significant role in early detection, accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment of abnormalities in the heart.
