| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The system (100) has a front section with an axle (102) attached to a pair of wheels. A gearbox is provided with a set of bevel gears at a center of the axle. A cultivator is provided with multiple shovels mounted at a front unit of the axle configured to conduct primary tillage of the soil. A middle section is matched with the axle with a gearbox (104) coupled to a set of bearings to facilitate removal of a rotary tiller to perform secondary tillage of soil. A rear section is provided with a platform connected to a bottom frame fastened to rear wheels and the axle. USE - System for performing synchronous primary tillage and secondary tillage of soil for ploughing agricultural fields at farms. Uses include but are not limited to crop plantation, soil health through fostering microbes, aeration, nutrient distribution and root growth. ADVANTAGE - The system facilitates simultaneous and independent application of cultivator shovels and rotary tiller blades to execute both primary tillage and secondary tillage of soil separately or simultaneously with greater ease, reduced time, and better efficiency, resulting in a finer soil bed for better root growth. The system eliminates the requirements for separate machines, and saves costs, energy, and efforts. The system executes primary tillage and secondary tillage of soil separately or simultaneously by rotary tiller blades to reduce the cost of tilling the soil separately using costly tractors and other equipment.
