| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to evaluation of eggs quality and can be used in poultry farming and poultry processing industry in the process of automated egg sorting. Method for evaluating the quality of eggs involves determining morphometric parameters of eggs. In addition, the area of the cross section and the longitudinal section, the angle of the sharp end of the egg are measured, and the ratio of these values is used to determine the shape index: I=S2/S1·sinα, where α is the angle of the sharp end of the egg. Cross-sectional area of the egg S2 is defined as S2=π·(d/2)2, where d is cross-section diameter; and the area of the longitudinal section of the egg S1is determined similarly to the area of the ellipse USE - Poultry farming. ADVANTAGE - Use of a non-contact method of evaluating eggs and determining morphometric parameters without opening them. |
