| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Nucleic acid construct is new, where nucleic acid construct has nucleotide sequence selected from sequences comprising 75 nucleobases of (SEQ ID NOs: 1-7), given in the specification. USE - Nucleic acid construct for binding to heat shock protein 90-alpha isoform. ADVANTAGE - The construct binds to alpha isoform of the HSP90 with high affinity (Kd) in the range of 99 nM to 1.2 μM or 113 nM to 5 μM for HSP90 alpha isoform. The inhibitor against the N20 terminal domain of only HSP90α eliminate its side effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparation of nucleic acid construct for binding to HSP90-alpha isoform. |
