成果简介NOVELTY - Disclosed is a method of selecting animals with improved quantitative and qualitative parameters of meat. Method provides for evaluation of animals by genes of growth hormone (GH) and pituitary-specific growth factor (Pit-1), PCR-RFLP analysis using primers: GH 1: 5´-CCGTGTCTATGAGAAGC-3´ and GH 2: 5´-GTTCTTGAGCAGCGCGT-3´; Pit-1: 5´-AAACCATCATCTCCCTTCTT-3´ and Pit-2: 5´-AATGTACAATGTGCCTTCTGAG-3´. Following genotypes are identified during cleavage of amplification products with restriction endonuclease Alu I at 37 °C: GHVV—fragment of 211 bp, GHLL—fragments of 159, 152 bp, GHLV—fragments of 211, 159 and 52 bp; when splitting amplification products with restriction endonuclease Hinfl, the following genotypes are identified: – Pit-1AA—fragment 451 bp;—Pit-1AB—fragments 451, 244, 207 bp; – Pit-1BB—fragments 244, 207 bp; animals with genotype GHVV and Pit-1BB are selected.
