成果简介NOVELTY - The apparatus has a programmable circuitry for instantiating or executing instructions to classify a query based on a first user input received via an instant messaging service and based on context information corresponding to an incident at a cloud resource. The programmable circuitry generates a response based on the context information corresponding to the incident at the cloud resource or a remediation identified by a trained model for the incident at the cloud resource and sends the response to a user via the instant messaging service. The context information corresponds to a business, an application, or a service context of the cloud resource. The trained model is a large language model (LLM).
