成果简介NOVELTY - The handwritten text recognition system comprises function of identifying and recognizing the data from the user input and converting data into digitalized text format. The image of handwritten content is taken with the help of camera, and given as the input to the handwritten recognition software. The operation such as binarization, noise reduction and edge detection are performed. The entire image is divided into sub images of each characters. The logarithmic and mathematical functions such as log and sigmoid activation function are used to train the data and to recognize the characters. The converted handwritten data in digital text format is displayed on the user screen text stored in internal storage of the device or in any external storage devices. USE - Handwritten text recognition system using artificial neural networks for recognizing and converting handwritten text into typed format text. ADVANTAGE - The recognition system converts the handwritten documents into digitalized text format, so that handwritten information is used in effective manner, and is stored and accessed easily.
