成果简介NOVELTY - The system has a main unit for using machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets of student information and provide answers to frequently asked questions. The main unit obtains account various parameters, where the parameters comprise student course schedule, grades and extracurricular activities to provide personalized recommendations and guidance to students. The main unit is integrated with a cloud-based Chatbot that allows students to input new questions and receive real-time responses, where the main unit assumes independence among input variables which can lead to inaccurate predictions when variables are correlated. The main unit allows Chatbot to understand and respond to natural language input by the NLP to provide user-friendly and accessible to students who may not be familiar with technical jargon. USE - System for providing automated customer service and support through natural language interactions. ADVANTAGE - The system handles large volume of customer interactions without need for additional hardware or infrastructure, and easily updates and maintains Chatbot, and provides 24/7 support without need for human intervention. The system can handle customer inquiries, and answers frequently asked questions, and provides product or service information or resolves technical issues.
