成果简介NOVELTY - Real-estate price predication using machine learning, involves using machine learning algorithms on two very different databases and attempts to use this guessing engine to be used by users in real life. USE - Real-estate price predication using machine learning. ADVANTAGE - In the real world there is an infinite dimension (not just two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D)). For example image data, genetic data, medical data etc. has a high size and support vector machines (SVM) is useful for that. Basically if the number of elements / columns is high, SVM performs well; where the conditions of both classes can be easily separated by a straight line or indirectly. To illustrate class divisions, let's take an example (here we take an example of line divisions, classes are also non-linear divisions, by drawing a parabola eg, etc.). In the first graph you cannot easily say that X will be in 1st or 2nd class, but incase 2 you can easily see that X is in 2nd grade. So in the second case the classes are divided along the line. Outliers have a small impact. SVM is extremely suitable for classification.
