成果简介NOVELTY - The device has a non-magnetic substrate connected to a magnonic crystal (3) based on a ferrite film made of yttrium iron garnet with periodic grooves and columns. Microstrip transducers facilitate excitation and reception of magnetostatic waves located at ends of the yttrium iron garnet film. A non-magnetic piezoelectric layer (4) of lead zirconate titanate is located on the yttrium iron garnet film at points of contact with a surface of columns. A substrate (2) is made of gadolinium gallium garnet such that ratio of lengths of columns and grooves is the same and is 125 micrometer by 125 micrometer in a part of the magnon crystal. USE - Information signal filtering device i.e. magnetostatic wave device, for filtering frequency signals tunable by electric and magnetic fields in a gigahertz frequency range. ADVANTAGE - The device can control characteristics of magnetostatic waves due to magnetic fields or electric fields, thus reducing energy consumption, while simplifying the device. The device ensures creation of local deformations in the magnetic film of iron-yttrium garnet using a piezoelectric layer and allows for implementation of inter-element connections of magnonic elements into multidimensional magnonic networks, thus providing effective narrow-band filtering of the microwave signal, and ensuring lowest energy consumption.
