The baseline data is gathered by recording eye-blinking patterns from the user, and establish a threshold for detecting eye blinks accurately, and apply signal processing techniques to identify eye blinks based on the established threshold. The relays either turn the lights on or off, adjust brightness levels, or change colors, based on the interpreted commands.
