| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The dryer has multiple sensors e.g. temperature sensors, for monitoring humidity of a food. Multiple heat exchangers are connected to the sensors, where each heat exchanger includes a heat sink and a heat pump. The heat sink is connected with the heat pump, where the heat exchanges the heat from the heat sink to the heat pipe. A power supply supplies power to the power supply, where power is supplied to a power source. The power supply provides power to an electrical circuit that is controlled by a microprocessor. USE - Smart solar tunnel dryer for drying crops e.g. vegetables and fruits, in rice mills to maintain humidity of rice and green house. ADVANTAGE - The dryer reduces the time required for drying and improves quality and life of the product to be dried, and is cost effective in which different agricultural products can be dried. The drying chamber blower fan is provided for blowing hot air through the drying chamber, so that the temperature and humidity inside the chamber can be maintained at a desired temperature and the circulation speed of the hot air can be increased, thus reducing time consumption for drying the product, and hence maintaining quality of product in a hygienic manner. The system allows the heated air to flow through a drying chamber whose walls to be coated with aluminum foil, thus retaining the heat in the chamber, when hot air is blown through the dryer, and taking up the moisture until absolute humidity is reached, thus maintaining the quality of the dried product in an efficient manner. |
