成果简介	NOVELTY - The drone has a remote control, thrusters, surveillance camera, 12V solar panel and battery which is sent off to a struggling person in water. USE - Life-saving remote control surveillance and rescue water drone for disaster management and rescue operations. Can also be used in aqua-farming. ADVANTAGE - The drone is cost-efficient and easy to use, provides a good grip to hold and stay within the area of the person who is drowning or who injured and cannot swim, own navigation and guidance systems, enough power to drag the victim back towards safety and life-saving buoy which is designed to be thrown to an individual within the water to supply buoyancy and stop drowning, serves as a source of defense to guarding the coast and remotely operated life-saving boat, achieves disaster management to rescue people and supply needs in water-flooded areas, reduces error, works properly in the adverse conditions, saves lives quickly and efficiently, enables onboard to launch the device without the need to turn the boat around, avoids the loss of time for the start of the rescue operation, assists rescue in the dark, features a connecting line allowing the casualty to be pulled to the rescuer during a boat, rescues adults and youngsters in wave conditions, ensures that the person operating U-shape buoy should have a sight on the man over board (MOB) and visualize the speed of the device and notifies the incident directly.
