| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Isolating and screening bacteria involves identifying by 16S ribosomal RNA (rRNA) gene sequencing, and their ability to produce bio surfactants was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and thin-layer chromatography (TLC) analysis. ADVANTAGE - The method allows to understand and evaluate the properties of bio surfactant, and the results reveal that a total of 25 bacterial strains is capable of producing bio surfactants are isolated and identified as Bacillus, Pseudomonas, and Micrococcus species. The highest biosurfactant- producing strain is identified as Bacillus subtilis, which exhibit excellent emulsification and surface tension reduction properties. The isolation and screening of bacteria lead to the identification of potent strains with excellent biosurfactant production properties, which is utilized in various industrial and environmental applications. |
