成果简介NOVELTY - Phytochemical-based skin rejuvenation nano formulation cream comprises 0.5% w/w betalains, 0.5% w/w thymoquinone, 1% w/w anthocyanin, 1% w/w lycopene, 2% w/w galactomannan, 0.1% w/w acetyl hexapeptide-8, 0.2% w/w aspartic acid, 1% w/w vitamin C, 0.5% w/w vitamin E, 5% w/w mesoporous silica nanoparticles, 2% w/w poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA), 2% w/w chitosan, 2% w/w stearic acid, 1% w/w cetyl alcohol, 5% w/w shea butter, 3% w/w coconut oil, 3% w/w almond oil, 1% w/w rosemary oil, 2% w/w glycerin, 0.1% w/w hyaluronic acid, 0.5% w/w phenoxyethanol, q.s. to 100% w/w distilled water. The nano formulation enhances transdermal delivery of active ingredients to promote skin regeneration, wrinkle reduction, and anti-aging effects. USE - Phytochemical-based skin rejuvenation nano formulation cream used in wrinkle elimination and skin rejuvenation. ADVANTAGE - The phytochemical-based skin rejuvenation nano formulation cream improves penetration of active ingredients into the skin. The co-encapsulation of active molecules within polymeric layers, protected by chitosan, ensures efficient and targeted delivery without toxicity. The novel nano co-delivery system, using mesoporous silica nanoparticles and multilayer nanocarriers, improves penetration of active ingredients into the skin.
