成果简介NOVELTY - The method involves characterizing each element of universe by three membership degrees as truth-membership, indeterminacy-membership and falsity-membership degree. Each membership degree belongs to a non-standard unit interval in a neutrosophic set is determined. A standard unit interval for scientific and technical application is determined for resolving difficulty by introducing a single-valued neutrosophic set. A SVNS is treated as an instance of neutrosophic set. Uncertainty and inconsistency are handled by a combination of fuzzy set and the neutrosophic set resulting in an introduction of a neutrosophic fuzzy set. Each membership degree is associated with neutrosophic components in NFS. USE - Soft decision making method for facilitating neutrosophic soft matrix decision making. ADVANTAGE - The method enables utilizing a fuzzy set and extensions to answer a question that is either true or false to answer a question in an effective manner.
