成果简介NOVELTY - The method involves identifying a reward system given to employees, where the project is useful for organization in the reward system that is given to the employees. The reward system is provided to the employee by another employee. The employee is allowed to select a reward for the employee based on the identified reward system. The employees are allowed to receive the reward from the employee when the employee selects the reward. The identified reward is provided as a reward to the employee when the employees select the reward to be given to the employees. The reward is received by the employees from other employees when the reward is selected as the reward for the employees. USE - Method for providing reward to employees of an organization. Uses include but are not limited to a perk, amenity, opportunity for professional growth, accommodations, transportation, healthcare and safety. ADVANTAGE - The method allows an organization to set up a suitable incentive system in order to implement efficient reward management, and to motivate and empower dependable and committed personnel as a feature of an attractive and transparent incentive system, while providing reward management to help with long-term financial planning.
