成果简介NOVELTY - The method involves identifying effort to improve effective compensation management, where the project is useful for compensation management purpose, and is more efficient and best in use based on identifying the effort. A set of resources is provided for the project, where one of the resources is used to identify the effort, and another resource is used for identifying cost of the project. The resources are used to determine whether the project needs to be used for the management purpose, and to determine if the project is used to manage the compensation. ADVANTAGE - The method enables analyzing impact of compensation on employee engagement, motivation, and job satisfaction, and exploring innovative approaches to link pay with performance. The method enables ensuring fairness and equity in compensation including analysis of gender and diversity pay gaps and role of pay transparency.
