成果简介NOVELTY - The workplace improving system in which greater number of reasons behind the fall of working women include family, maternity break, gender discrimination, and sexual harass all together to make a woman to stop her career in the mid and drop out. The hurdles which are faced by the working professionals are gender unfairness which stands first in the row of the hurdles. The female who reenter the job is less and a periodical gap arises due to maternity, which make working women to lag in the career after the break of maternity. USE - Workplace improving system for working women in information technology industry. ADVANTAGE - The system enables the women to achieve success in the career and sustain in the top positions and to have a good impact on difficult situation in business and scored high profit. The system allows the working women to enjoy her pregnancy fully because of the fear of losing job at any time, and allows the female to re-enter the job and a periodical gap arises due to maternity, which make working women lag in career, and to avoid pregnancy threat, pregnancy break, marriage break, lack of proper training after career break which hinder her to reach at high positions, and work and life balance. The system is more effective and best use for working women employees. The barriers are identified and better workplace is improved for working women.
