成果简介	NOVELTY - The project has a main portion that uses statistical tools like correlation and Chi-Square. An instrument is validated, and an analysis is conducted through elastic fabric adapter (EFA) and chartered financial analyst (CFA). A QWL important factors are obtained, including compensation, social integration, work environment and freedom, growth and security, training and development programs, and work-life balance. The surveyed employees satisfied with the current status of QWL and the demographical factors do not impact the QWL of employees. The QWL of employees namely, total living space, social relevance, well working environment, an opportunity for career development, career growth, constitutionalism, adequate and fair compensation is quantified. USE - Quality of work life (QWL) project for employee in corporate sector for exploring impact of demographic elements. ADVANTAGE - The QWL project is more efficient and best in use, and improves quality of work life and employee satisfaction.
